Nexus Clinic – Kuala Lumpur – Responsibilities: 1. To ensure all customers’ enquiries are attended to in accurate and timely manner (online, social media and phones) 2. Responsible for new patients bookings and to meet KPI by the management 3. To assist in making appointments for existing patients 4. To conduct online marketing advice to existing and potential patients;ie, new services, current promotions etc 5. To attend to patients feedback (compliments and complaints) and liase with the management on it, and communicate with the patients of the updates 6. To assist the management on measurement of marketing and customer related metrics such as patients trend analysis, spending patterns, etc 7. To call up patients for follow up treatment and to arrange for appointments 8. To maintain and upkeep of correct information and records of new and existing patients 9.
