Manage and organise training for service team. Establish effective working processes. Make recommendations for improving services. Monitor service warranty claim from customer. Manage customer relationship and meet customer when necessary. Effectively allocate manpower in service department. Review service report and service quotation. Safeguard all equipment and tools. Evaluate performance of the service team. Develop business for service department. Job Requirements Min Diploma or equivalent qualifications. Good interpesonal and communication skills. Good people management and planning skills. Good leadership and management skills. Good Analytical and problem solving skills. Good command in English, Malays, Chinese in written & spoken.
