ASK Resources – Ampang, Selangor – Job Responsibilities: Provides management support to CSOs such as through review and resolution of all transactions that are beyong the jurisdiction of CSOs Provde coverage and assistance when Contact Center is experiencing high call volume Identifies the most appropriate course f action for problem resolution and effectively communicates plans to those impacted. Proactively solves problems and provides timely resolution to ensure minimal impact to customer and employee satisfaction. Provides on-the-job training and mentoring Conducts coaching and performance appraisal session to identify opportunities and recognize positive behaviors. Monitors and document team member’s performance results Identifies team and individual training neds and develops plans for immediate and long-term performance improvements.
