Tan Chong – Selangor – Responsibilities: Dealer operations and management support (dealers acquisition & business development, Service and Parts Operations Standard, CSI Improvement, Marketing, customer complaint handling and etc.) Dealer development policy, strategy and network development for service and 3S dealer setting up support including body and paint. Dealer’s target setting and KPI monitoring/ analysis. Plan and implement value added services in ensuring dealers’ service quality (yearly advertising and promotions, sales achievement incentives & benefits, quality management, development program, POS & workshop operations materials) Prepare sales report and promotion activity report.
