Office Administrator

Petaling Jaya Selangor Malaysia Marketech International Sdn Bhd Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, ERP, excel, word Responsibilities: Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance Managing agendas for upper management Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Assist colleagues whenever necessary Organising company events Other ad hoc issues Skills: Team player Wiliing and keen to learn and self-motivated Good communication skills Benefits: Annual leave for 14 days Medical leave for 14 days Other paid leave such as parental leave, marriage leave Private medical insurance fully covered by the Employer Good work life balance Ara Damansara, PJ.
