1. Strong Administration Skills
- To constantly check filing / tracing system and give advice for improvement
- To disseminate hotel information (by mail) to regional sales offices and other Shangri-La Hotels and out side guests as needed.
- To oversee Secretary Incentive Programme (Smart-klik.com)
- Tracing production of new accounts and report to DOS/DOBD periodically.
- To handle routine correspondences, i.e. letters/fax/inquires,for SE/SM/DOBD/DOS
- To prepare production report on a monthly basis.
- To assist DODB/SM/SE with issuing annual corporate contract and related activities.
- To handle routine monthly / quarterly due activities and ensure the completion i.e. Hit list update, target review.
- Responsible for related duties and special projects as assigned by DOS/DOBD.
2. Interpersonal & Communicational Skills
- To establish and maintain effective employee relations through prompt response and helpful attitude.
- To develop and maintain close working relationship with staff at all levels within Sales and Marketing Division.
- To conduct site inspection and handle guests’ inquires on behalf of DOBD/SM/SE when required.
3. Good command in English Communication
- To communicate on a professional level
