1Strong Administration Skills

  • To constantly check filing / tracing system and give advice for improvement
  • To disseminate hotel information (by mail) to regional sales offices and other Shangri-La Hotels and out side guests as needed.
  • To oversee Secretary Incentive Programme (Smart-klik.com)
  • Tracing production of new accounts and report to DOS/DOBD periodically.
  • To handle routine correspondences, i.e. letters/fax/inquires,for SE/SM/DOBD/DOS
  • To prepare production report on a monthly basis.
  • To assist DODB/SM/SE with issuing annual corporate contract and related activities.
  • To handle routine monthly / quarterly due activities and ensure the completion i.e. Hit list update, target review.
  • Responsible for related duties and special projects as assigned by DOS/DOBD.

2 Interpersonal & Communicational Skills

  • To establish and maintain effective employee relations through prompt response and helpful attitude.
  • To develop and maintain close working relationship with staff at all levels within Sales and Marketing Division.
  • To conduct site inspection and handle guests’ inquires on behalf of DOBD/SM/SE when required.

3. Good command in English Communication

  • To communicate on a professional level
