- Able to work independently and has sense of urgency
- Preferably Entry Level/ Junior Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Responsible for general administrative and clerical support to all department
- Attending to guests/clients and serving them in a professional manner
- Attending to phone calls, preparing letters/emails and any documents relating to the business and general enquires
- Handle in matters relating to office maintenance – facilities, equipment and computer
- Ensure office and pantry cleanliness, sufficient supply of pantry items (eg, coffee or tea)
- Maintain proper document filing in a timely and orderly manner
