To follow-up with contractors on pricing, price valuation, and price negotiation. 4. To prepare tender and contract documents. 5. Issue purchase order for procurement. 6. Prepare monthly progress claim and/or progressive claims to client. 7. Prepare subcontractors’ and suppliers’ payment certificate. 8. Maintain proper log for subcontractors, purchase orders, subcontractors’ and suppliers’ payment certificates, prepared/submitted/approved calculation sheets, subcontractors’ variations and etc. 9. Identify the works and schedules to be completed by subcontractors. 10. Develop and implement new purchasing strategies to achieve cost reduction and process simplification. 11.
