- Supervise the online/offline order, order packing, shipment, own delivery and self-pickup
- Responsible for shipment and deliveries (logistics for local and overseas)
- Responsible for customer request, queries, order or complaint from email, phone call, whatsapp and social media
- Responsible for the new product launching
- Responsible for website product listing, news update and blog post
- Generate report related to sales and customer feedback
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Preferably Senior Executive in Business Studies/Management or equivalent
- Prefer experience in e-commerce management and customer support
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and able to lead
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluent in written and communicate well in English, Mandarin or Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia
- Posses own transport and willing to travel
