Responsible to develop a comprehensive marketing plan to meet revenue and brandshare target of house brand.
Responsible to develop brand strategies for existing priority categories, new productslaunching and marketing activities.
Apply insights and knowledge about Malay consumers, the main target audience forbrand building initiatives.
Crafting product USP and distribution plan, executing all marketing plan including digitaland conventional media advertising, social media activation, public relations, events,sampling, education materials, in-store POP and promotional activities.
Monitoring of monthly brand and category achievements and propose remedial actionsfor under achievements.
Responsible for managing of A&P funds within budget in alignment with salesachievement.
Conduct market research to keep track on market trends and utilise customer’s insightto reflect in the company strategies and activities, as well as recommend actions to tapinto the market opportunity.
Develop new products including creation of product concept, price setting, packagingdesign and formulation to expand the brand’s product line.
Interact effectively with other departments and teams to support marketing strategiesand work closely with logistics and purchasing department to monitor the stockavailability.
