MANDARIN SPEAKING BRANCH BANKING EXECUTIVE (2 PAX)

Junior Branch Executive: RM2,500 – RM3,500
Senior Branch Executive: RM3,500 – RM5,000
2 months contractual bonus // Subject to be discussed during interview.
Probation Period: Will be revealed during interview.
Working Hour: According to particular bank branch operations hours.
Holidays: Will be revealed during interview.

Academic Background: Minimum Diploma in any field.
Junior Branch Executive – Minimum 2 years experience as branch executive
Senior Branch Executive – Minimum 4 years experience as branch executive
Soft Skill / Attitude:
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
Able to handle all level of customer and agent.
Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.

To provides product and service information through face-to-face service delivery channel that meets and exceeds the defined service standards
To attends & resolves product/service problems by clarifying the customer’s request/complaint, determining the case of the problem and explaining the best solutions to resolve the problem. This could include any follow up task to ensure resolution.
To collaborates with team members and other support staff to ensure consistency in service delivery
To assist the branch head in branch operational matters where applicable.
To project Involvement (ad-hoc / routine) – to drive, participate and contribute within pre-determined time line, where assigned.
To perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by superior(s) in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
To participate and contribute in training so as to ensure continuous enhancement of skills and knowledge.
To impart knowledge amongst team members by way of sharing, training and coaching.
To pro-actively promote/encourage self-service facility available in the branch/service center/Company services when opportunity arises
