Key responsibilities: Conducts individual leadership, career and talent assessments appropriately using variety of tools. Identifies and analyses organisation effectiveness opportunities and recommends initiatives that addresses regional opportunities based on business strategy. Evaluates and maintains leadership and technical competency models that facilitates the assessment of employees versus these competencies. Ensure that the organisation has strong performance management tools and processes to facilitate objective assessment. Educate employees and leaders in using the process to drive high performance.
