Tan Chong – Malaysia – Responsibilities: Involve in strategic planning such as dealer management activities, identify new dealers and evaluate/improving the quality of dealership management. In charge of dealer recruitment and development. Support the dealer network in the areas of product, sales planning and distribution. Involve directly in sales and marketing campaign/activitie as well as training and development. Assists in daily administration work and any ad-hoc reports and analysis. Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related area and/or 5 years related Automotive Sales & Dealer Development experience. Experience with Automotive ancillaries or equipment dealers or dealer business operations are added advantage. Demonstrate ability in project and workload management as well as strong communication, presentation, and written communication skills and Microsoft Office fluency.
