Malaysia – IT Process Manager [Description] Key Roles & Responsibilities Process design & deployment Identify a list of activities that require processes to be designed or re-designed to support target Segments in Africa on an end to end basis. For the identified list of processes: 1.Review current process 2.Identify gaps against desired or expected levels of customer experience, risk containment, frontline effectiveness & costs 3.Design or redesign the process 4.Socialize the process with all relevant stakeholders 5.Obtain and document feedback and approval 6.Roll out the redesigned process. This will cover, inter alia, training of the relevant teams in country, ensuring post implementation reviews are completed for the purpose of obtaining feedback on implementation, appropriate system development is rolled out to support the processes 7.The above would be required to be completed for both new and existing products and services. 8.Periodically review changes to procedures require… – Permanent – Full-timeApply for this job.
