Industrial Relations Manager
ARBOR Recruitment – Kuala Lumpur – Industrial Relations Manager (5167/MY) An exciting opportunity for a HR professional who enjoys the challenge of working in a dynamic and fast-paced organization. Reporting to the Head of Industrial Relations, you will be a key role in providing support to the business, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible to represent the organization to attend court hearings and act as a presenting officer during Domestic Inquiry. You will attend to various IR related grievances and proceed with an investigations to find resolution. You should ideally have 5 years of HR experience and minimum 3 years focusing on Industrial Relations work. You should have sound knowledge of the employment laws and experience in conducting Domestic Inquiries. You will be well equipped with high emotional intelligence and strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. A degree in HR and Law would be an added advantage.
