Human Resource And Admin Executive

Tasks are generally administrative in nature involving documenting grievances, terminations, absences. performance reports and compensation and benefits information. In additional the executive shall also be involved in recruiting, hiring and training new employees.

The executive shall be able to independently handle employee relations, payroll and benefits and training, plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization of about 30-50 employees. He shall also oversee other specialists in their duties, consult with other executives on strategic planning and link the company’s management with its employees.

Minimum experience required in a similar capacity is three years and good command of English is a prerequisite.
