Buildway Engineering & Services Sdn Bhd – Selangor – Job Description: General clerical, typing, photostating and ensure a proper filling system, maintained and updated from time to time. Receive and distribute incoming documents for the office with proper recording system. Record of outgoing correspondence with proper reference no. and files. Taking minutes during meeting. Attending to telephone calls and taking down messages/enquires in the absence of immediate superior. Preparation of material requisitions, progress reports, summary of the day work Assist in office equipment maintenance. Attend to mailing and courier services. Assist in to prepare payment voucher and payment vocher listing. Requirement: Candidate must posses at least a SPM / Higher Secondary/STPM/ A Leve, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is preferable. Microsoft Office expert. Initiative and able to work independetly with minimum supervision and under pressure.
