Responsibilities :-

-To assist in general admin and clerical tasks
-To perform banking , utilities and payments.
-To prepare Accounts Receivable and Payable
-Filing and update documents.
-GST data entry

Requirements:-

-SPM or Diploma level in business or administration.

-Required Skill(s): knowledge of general office practice and procedures and need to maintain comprehensive records.

-Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contact at all time,

-Ability to work to deadline

-Required Skill:MS Excel, MS Word,PDF

-Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Database Admin or equivalent

-Have Car License
