  • MONTHLY SALARY: RM 7,000 – RM 8,500 (Based on experience and qualification)
  • ALLOWANCE: EPF/ SOCSO/ Bonus/ Increment (Yearly review) / business related claims
  • PROBATION PERIOD: 6 months
  • WORKING HOURS: Flexi Hours (9 hours per days) Latest 11:00am
  • HOLIDAYS: Annual Leave: 15 days, Public Holidays
  • JOB LOCATION: Serdang
  • TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Full Time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To assist in set up new subsidiaries.

  • To ensure local and oversea subsidiaries internal controls are in place and compliance with regulatory laws and rules for finance, statutory, audit and tax reporting requirement.

  • To take care full set of accounts of the subsidiaries to produce accurate financial reports.

  • To work closely and liaise with oversea subsidiaries service providers and the local Finance and Admin personnel on financial information, tax obligations and payment of salaries to ensure the adherence to the local law and statutory.

  • To assist in the yearly budget exercise including impairment exercise.

  • To ensure Finance SOP is updated correctly.

  • To ensure bank reconciliation and banking matters are in order.

  • Checking of payment vouchers prepared by the local Finance and Admin personnel.

  • Ensure all the necessary schedules i.e. accrual, prepayment, deposit and fixed assets.

  • To ensure the monthly management reports are errors free and within tight dateline.

  • To involve in Yearly internal and external audit.

  • Response to financial queries from the group ultimate holding companies.

  • To perform any other work as and when required.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Most Important Requirement (Focus on the BOLD)

  • Academic Qualification and Experience

    • Possess professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA etc)
    • Possess Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related discipline in accountancy.

    • Minimum 5 years’ of relevant working experience in a similar capacity. 5 years and above will be considered for MANAGER position

    • Working experience in audit field will be added advantage.

  • Knowledge/ Skills / Competencies

    • Possess good leadership quality and must be confident to manage and able to work across team.

    • Have a strong sense of commitment, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.

    • Strong attention to detail
