- To develop and implement Business Plans and Strategies.
- Engage with distributors and consumer, building strong relationships and identify new advocates.
- Manage the full process of a sales order, lead generate, consultation, closing, and process order. (Training will be provided)
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote company’s products and ensure customer retention. (Training will be provided)
- Involve in monthly brainstorming sessions, business sharing, and training to ensure personal achievement breakthrough and motivate the team.
- Willing to travel to various locations for events/road shows organized by the company
- Be flexible and accommodating to an impromptu work arrangement
- High level of integrity, self-driven and result oriented.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or a Diploma, ProfessDegree Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies /Admin/ Marketing / Economics or related field.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Training & self-development will be provided.
- Must be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays for Exhibition & Events.
- Sales performance incentive package.
- Knowledge of Mandarin and other local dialects is an added advantage due to our customer base which is mostly Chinese.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Must be proficiency in English and Chinese language.
