- Handle inbound calls from customer regarding enquiry, complaints.
- To monitor the job list and ensure delivery deadline are met.
- Deliver and provide accurate responses to customers /drivers/ Client.
- Manage customer’s expectations and display ownership for customer’s requests.
- Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by customers.
- Support Team Leader and Managers to continuously review processes, identify and resolve service gaps through constructive feedback and implement process improvements where appropriate.
- To assist with other daily operations as and when needed.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma equivalent in any field.
- Required skill(s): Good communication skills.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Pleasant personality, committed and responsible.
