Job scope:
-To handle and provide solution to customers’ request/complain promptly, accurately and professionally
-Gather customers’ feedback to enhance customer experience
-Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence including Facebook, Twitter and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
-Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and contents
-Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company from both existing leads and customers as well as from new audiences
-Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media and other relevant channels
-Handle special projects, ensuring timely delivery of projects
-Able to work under pressure and when required outside business hours
Requirements:
-Possessed a minimum of SPM
-Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platform
-Required languages: English, Malay, Chinese
-Good communication, motivated, positive, willing to learn and work in a team
-Must be able to work on shift, including weekends and public holidays
-Must be willing to work in Cheras / Balakong
