JP Search Sdn Bhd – Klang, Selangor – Job Responsibility To work on shift as scheduled and approved by Head Of Department Follow up on customer’s requests and enquiries end to end and callback as promised. Handling incoming calls and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers’ expectations To act in a professional and efficient manner in handling all inbound/outbound calls, emails, faxes and letters within agreed response time and making appropriate transfer. Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results and productivity.
