Hingan Auto Parts Sdn Bhd – Pudu, Kuala Lumpur – Job Responsibility Checking of sales receipt and filling in ledger entries Picking up incoming calls and passing to the relevant parties Compiling and checking of expense claims Data entry of purchase invoices and delivery orders Handling of all mail, outgoing and incoming Other clerical tasks as required by management Job Requirements Minimum completion of Form 3 education Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel skills preferred but not necessary Canditate must know Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia Cantonese and English language skills will be given preference Canditates with any experience in sales or any receptionist (phone) skills will be given preference Job Benifits EPF SOCSO Annual leave Bonus… – Permanent – Full-time
