Receive and manage incidents in accordance with predefined Service Level Agreements. Participate in developing and maintaining an auditable, standardized, repeatable process for Production Support. Identify risks and develop solutions for application operations within the target environment. Assist with defining and adhering to operational processes and methodologies. Reviewing and testing configuration of application products (releases, product changes, service packs, and critical fixes prior to distribution), support customers on complex technical issues. Assist with identification and definition of application deployment / release / migration management, including checklists, deployment procedures and requirements.
