Business Support Officer
OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad – Kuala Lumpur – On-boarding of customers for Cash Management Services To liaise with internal stakeholders i.e. Sales Personnel on the management of customers Fixed Deposit accounts. To contact customers to assist them in outward remittance services via Velocity. Any other ad hoc assignments that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications Minimum of1-2 years working experience (preferable experience with Banking Industry); Possess good spoken English Ability to speak other languages will be an added advantage Customer-orientated and has good customer service skills Must be prepared to work extended hours as and when required Have passion for engaging with peoples Ready to take on challenging and concurrent tasks.
