Associate Product Marketing Manager
Kuala Lumpur – Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service. Identify actionable insights from customer data to continually improve CRM strategies to grow respective product and meet business objectives. Develop marketing strategy (with minimum supervision) for one or more products including its channel mix by identifying opportunities for scaling up and optimization to meet the business growths. Manage customer engagement strategy for products, working closely with internal stakeholders to define segmentation strategies, message matrices, welcome and onboarding strategies. Manage the end-to-end product and campaign design, development, production and testing process. Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization.
