Application Support Engineer

We monitor application issues, performances & administer web configurations within a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Routine helpdesk tasks are performed diligently & professionally as we strive to keep our SLAs met. Requirements Must have: Problem-solving & learning mindset. 12-hour rotational shift work. Good to have: Able to guide and lead a group of junior engineer Knowledge/ Experience in administration of Microsoft Windows Server, MS SQL Server Database, and IIS Web Server. Professional Certificates, Diploma (Standard/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate), Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
