Job responsibilities:

* type quotation and follow up job

* handle customer documents such as:

– Delivery order, invoice, purchase order, credit & debit note

* handle purchaser documents such as:

– purchase order and others related documents

* answering incoming phone calls

* handle walk-in customer enquiries

* stock check

* filing

* help other dept 

Job requirements:

* able to handle job independently & with less guidance

* fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa English and chinese

* Knowledge in microsoft word & excel

* willing to learn 

* age below 30 is preferable

* fresh graduate is welcome
