To assist the account manager on counting activities of the company To prepare payment/ cheque and other related documents report. To carry out daily collection and issuance of official receipts, bank-in and collection. To handle petty cash and reimbursement. To oversee, manage and control purchasing and store activities for the company. To liaise with suppliers on payment terms/modes and to advice managment accordingliy. To ensure that all products are supplied and dilivered are accordance to purchase. To coordinate on the calibration, maintenance and repair of equipment.
